When I look online it says the Princess Plus package includes $100 onboard credit per person. Is that true? I have the plus package but booked before the premier package came out. Will we get the $100 credit or no?

It's the current offer. If you booked before the offer started you wouldn't get it unless you contact Princess or TA to rebook...if they'll let you. You would have to pay whatever the current price is, so it may not be cost effective.

So it will not always be included with the plus package? Only for a limited time?

Lots of booking offers only apply when you book within the window.  Then a new different offer usually emerges.

Looks like they are offering the $100 spending credit and the $100 shore excursion credit right now.

I wonder if it's treated like any other OBC and can be used in the casino or any of the shops?

The answer to that question has always been OBC is lumped in 2 categories: refundable & non-refundable. Non is taken from your folio first and then the refundable is used. No distinction is made on where/what you spend it.

I would venture the verbiage is there in the event Princess chooses at some point in time to enforce it - maybe based on the casino cashout abuse... No excursion booked thru Princess? - No credit

That's what I was afraid of. 

I suppose I won't know for sure until we're sailing.
