Dinner service started slow tonight but quickly recovered. Everything was good except one dish, the linguine.

 

Fried mozzarella.

Not good tonight, it was like they had a pile of random vegetables laying around and decided to throw them in this dish. It was a bunch of random nonsense and not good.

Lunch was nice. I went to the deli for a chicken salad sandwich. I asked for it on a wrap and she couldn't so it. She said they were low on wraps. I got it on the regular bread instead.

 

 

It was tasty and a good addition to the menu. It's a lot of bread and I think I will try to get the wrap again on a different ship.

What I do with those kinds of sandwiches is I take the top piece of bread off and put the middles with the filling together. Less bread, more protein. 
 

I agree about PR being the hottest place on earth. Although I have never been to Belize. 😆

I love sailing past the fort in San Juan! It’s such an awesome sight. I can’t wait to see it again next year. 🙂 

 

The pineapple looks good, i may have to give that a try.

The pineapple is one of the best desserts and it is no sugar added/lower calories. Highly recommend.

Today we are in beautiful St.Maarten. St.Maarten holds a special place in my heart as it allowed me to take my first cruise in nearly 16 months back when my own country still would not.

Back onboard for a trivia marathon session.

Tied on trivia but won on the tie breaker so now we each have our own medal.

 

Scuttlebutt is there was a small fire onboard last night underneath the theater that was quickly put out. One of the crew may have injuries.

Honestly the sugar free/lower calorie desserts in the main dinning room are fantastic.

Not sure if that part is accurate the crew member unofficially confirming the rumors was less forthcoming about an injured crew member. Could be for privacy could be it didn't happen.

Good morning everyone from the USVI.

 

This is the last time I get off the ship before I get off for good. 

 

Same plan today, walk around the port so my mom can do some shopping and then back to the comfort of the air conditioned ship.

I forgot to mention it yesterday but the port area and ship were invaded by butterflies yesterday. Butterflies everywhere. 

 

It was cute in the morning but by afternoon Lido was covered in dead butterflies and I'm sure guy's topping bar came with a new protein 🤢.
