Set Sail Pass

Prior to Covid I was sure I could fill in most details on a set sail pass very early after booking. I have 4 cruises in the next couple of months and am not sure what the process is. Do I have to wait until I receive documentation from Royal or am I missing something in my booking? Any help appreciated.

Are you referring to checking-in? That's the only time I recall when you can enter all of your personal travel information. Check in is open 45 days prior to embarkation.

I'm not sure what you're asking here.

Yes, you show your Setsail Pass on arrival, but that's not the ONLY thing you do.  (You need to have a payment method on file, you have to show proof of identity and citizenship, you have to answer health questions, you have to go through security, etc.)
