Is this a separate room/suite turned into a Spa?

The details don't really say what/where it is on board.

 

Is this the day pass to the Spa to utilize their amenities?

We took this pass on the Quest and you gain access to the locker room, sauna, steam room, and quiet lounge area.

Can you not use steam room unless you purchase pass? What is the price for pass?

The sauna is available for any passenger, not the steam rooms.
