curling brush

My wife has an electric curling brush which spins and generates heat. 

I looked at the FAQ's and am not clear.  Curling irons and straighteners are allowed. 

I said she should pack it and if they take it away, they'll give it back at the end of the cruise.

Anyone have any experience with these contraptions?

I never travel without mine! Never had a problem taking it on board any of the Celebrity ships.

I took mine last month on the Equinox.   No problem.

According to the World Curling Federation, electric curling brushes are banned. All sweeping must be performed manually without electrics or electronics.

Well that explains why I've never seen an electric one!
