Copenhagen hotel recommendation

We enjoyed our stay at the Palace Hotel, across city hall square from Tivoli entrance. Great breakfast, good transit connections, walkable to many sights and shopping.

We just stayed at 71 Nyhavn, a converted old warehouse right on the waterfront. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and a great location.

Another vote for 71 Nyhavn, the great staff and yummy breakfast. We enjoyed the location close to many restaurants and easy walk to the Little Mermaid.

The Marriott is not the newest hotel in Copenhagen but it's quite nice. They used to have the most incredible brunch buffet. We haven't been there in a while but the rooms are large and comfortable which cannot be said for some of the other hotels we have stayed at in the city.

The Palace is also in a good location and it's an easy walk to many of the museums, restaurants and charms of the central city.

Be sure to take a canal cruise so you can get a feel for the old and new.

We were in NH Copenhagen in July, an ideal location everywhere is within walking distance, even Tivoli. Its a beautiful new 5 * hotel and the prices were more reasonable than 71 Nyhavn and Admiral both of which we have stayed at previously. If you want to visit Tivoli I suggest you prebook.

Stayed there twice.  Great location

Also stayed there twice.  Nice rooms, great views, and friendly, helpful staff.  Easy to walk to a lot of the top "must-see" places.  Wonderful place to stay, especially if you have Marriott points and it doesn't cost you anything!
