What exactly do you mean by speciality coffee, Civet etc? And no the gym is not open 24 hours. That would need a staff member in attendance to cover H&S issues. It’s probably closed something like 10pm to 6am.

You can get whatever type of coffee you want.....Irish, for example?  Or Baileys? Or Amaretto?

Or a Latte type coffee? Pick one, the bartenders will be happy to assist.

I had cappuccino every day at breakfast on the Wind in June. All kinds of espresso drinks available in the lounges as well.

Those are the 2 most important questions I always ask as well. Coffee & gym.  Can’t do one without the other. Not sure of the gym hours but my wife and I were at the gym about 6ish every day. First day is usually crowded with gym regulars and vacation gym people. The vacation gym people are gone by day 2-3 and most of the regulars by day 4.  By day 5 it was just us for an hour or so in the mornings.
