Departing flight from MIA. How early?

Never cruised from Miami before. Cruise ends on a Saturday. What's a comfortable flight time out of MIA? I don't want to spend the entire day waiting, but also don't want to race to the airport in full panic mode about missing the flight. Those of you with experience, please chime in. Thanks!

Any flight after 12 noon should be fine at MIA. The airport is especially busy on weekend turnaround days.

The airport is about a 15+ minute cab ride from POM.  As mentioned above, any flight at noon or later should be safe.  You could push it to 11:00 if you can walk off with all of your bags and you have TSA pre-check to expedite the security process.
