Well, there is good news and bad news.  The bad news is this will be the last HAL visit to Juneau this season.  The good news is that means it's about time for the season to start in Fort Lauderdale!

Eurodam will be at the CT dock from 1pm to 10pm.  Eurodam will be repositioning to Fort Lauderdale after this cruise.

Koningsdam will be at the Franklin Street dock from 1pm to 10pm.  Koningsdam will be going to Hawaii and then some west coast itineraries.

The only other cruise ship in port is Norwegian Bliss at the AJ dock (1:30-11pm).

The cruisers lucked out with the weather.  There is only a 7% chance of rain and the high will be 55F/13C and the low 43F/6C.  Sunrise is at 7:07am and sunset at 6:25pm.

The PTZtv webcam can be found at https://www.juneauharborwebcam.com/.

Next up:  Our next get together will be in Fort Lauderdale on October 10 (hopefully with lots of toots).  It will be a teaser as there will be almost two weeks until the next HAL sighting in FLL.  Zaandam will be leaving on her 71-day Grand Africa - the first "Grand" voyage since the pandemic.

Thanks, Kathi.

I wonder why they moved Kdam to the even further from the camera Franklin St dock - on these last 2 sail-ins. I was surprised last week and it is the same this week. There is no other ship at AS dock - maybe doing some maintenance before the snow flies and while the season is finishing?

I do plan to be here - one last time.

Maybe maintenance.  Last week a  ship at the AS dock had the forward lines tied up way forward on the dock.  I noticed a small boat hanging around as the ship came in and it took the lines that were cast to the forward dock securing area (the camera did not show where they actually tied up.)

My first Pinnacle (2017) and first Signature (coming in November) are now docked together for HAL's final Juneau visit of the season.

7 days until Fort Lauderdale.

Looks like Zaandam will be just  a couple of days behind the bad weather. And no special inspection, since they have been in the US all this time.
