Rare CruzerDeb Posted October 2, 2022 #1 ย Share Posted October 2, 2022 Which pre-cruise hotel has the best view of the Miami cruise port? I love to see the ships go in and out; especially love waking up on cruise day, opening my curtains and seeing my ship!ย ย Special bonus would be airport/port transfers and free breakfast, but canโt wish for too much.
Joebucks Posted October 2, 2022 #2 ย Share Posted October 2, 2022 We stayed at the Intercontinental in Miami. We really enjoyed it. There was a nice view of the cruise ships from our room, although it is a little bit away.

I can see the port, but wouldnโt mind a closer view.ย
SteerageJoe Posted October 2, 2022 #5 ย Share Posted October 2, 2022 I cannot afford most of the rooms with port views but here are a few: ย Holiday Inn 7th floor ย Hilton A&E District ย ย Marriott A&E District ย ย Doubletree A&E District ย ย ME Hotel ย ย 1
mondello Posted October 2, 2022 #6 ย Share Posted October 2, 2022 We stayed at the Marriott Biscayne Bay on 12/25. Believe it was scheduled for renovation on through this year, donโt know if that has been completed.ย ย Great location, we were given upper floor/waterside; balcony door didnโt open during renovation. Adjacent to Doubletree; huge shared pool deck between hotels. Nice shopping/dining area enclosed between hotels.ย Publix/full grocery short walk a block away. Also. Burger King and Rallyโs/Checkerโs for late night burgers. ย Weโll likely book 12/18 for our Christmas Celebration cruise.

JohninDC Posted October 3, 2022 #9 ย Share Posted October 3, 2022 NONE of these hotels, or any other downtown Miami hotel that I know of offers airport shuttles - just use Uber/Lyft or a taxi.ย ย ย I've stayed at the Doubletree several times and love that hotel! 1
Flymia Posted October 5, 2022 #10 ย Share Posted October 5, 2022 Don't look into airport shuttles/port shuttles. Miami is a rather small city in size, just uber/lyft.ย ย Intercontinentalย by farย has the best port views.ย
