What electronic items are there to buy on the ship?

A shipmate with excessive OBC bought a Go-Pro, never opened it and sold it on E-Bay when he decided he didn’t have any use for it.  Not the way to maximize the value of the OBC.

We would never have considered buying any electric item onboard, but then when my wife's camera stopped working after it fell from a hook in a bathroom in a restaurant in the port of Edinburgh, she needed a new lens.  We actually priced the lens later after we got home, and the Princess price was competitive.

Well - I don't wear jewelry or perfume. I have Princess Plus - so tips, wifi and drinks are covered and I have mostly private excursions (most of Princess's were booked when I booked the cruise). I really don't ever spend money at the shops.

Really?  The Apple products are mostly at least one generation back in time.  Not current models.

I haven't been on Celebrity ships recently but I can always use extra power adapters or give an Apple Watch or iPad as a gift. My watch is a Series 5 and my iPad is a few years old also.
