Casino Deals with Free Drinks Everywhere

I tried to do a search but couldn't find an answer.  Has anyone who received casino deal (Jackpot or Plan Now Play Later) had an issue with the free drinks everywhere onboard?  My sister and I booked the Magic for next month on a Jackpot deal and have several other cruises booked with the Plan Now, Play Later deal - each with free play and free drinks everywhere onboard. I typically email Players Club to get the offer verified so that if there is a problem I will have the email verification.  I emailed several days ago and haven't received a reply in reference to the Magic cruise.

Rather than having to email for each of the upcoming cruises and hope that I get an answer, I thought I would ask if anyone who has booked under these casino offers had any problem once onboard in reference to getting the free drinks.

I appreciate any information any of you may have.

We've been on four plan now, play later cruises so far and all was set up just right in the system when we boarded the ships according to the deal - cabin, free drinks (for both my wife and I), OBC and free play (also for both my wife and I).

I did email for confirmation of details for an upcoming Jackpot deal cruise that also includes free slot tourney entries for both my wife and I...it took about a week (5 business days) to get the reply confirmation.

Thanks for the info.  After the Magic cruise next month, I have 6 more cruises booked, all with the free drinks everywhere, so this makes me feel much more comfortable.  I'll probably still email Players Club, but I won't sweat it if I don't get an answer.

What is the email to use for players club to find out regarding any freebies one would get ?

thanks

No one really knows how people are selected, except that the more you gamble, the more likely you are to get better offers.  I believe it is mainly the amount you gamble, but there seems to be some people that do not gamble much, or at all, that get these offers.

I'll rephrase.. I got a casino deal with 200 OBC, and 200 casino cash and free drinks WHILE PLAYING IN THE CASINO that... So I bought CHEERS just to make sure i'm covered... Anyway, the 200 they give in casino, does anyone know if its cash, or chips, or those giant play chips ?

thanks for the email

Depends on the ship. The newer ships it's definitely slot credit or promotional table gaming chips. Some of the older ships they give actual cash.

I second kwokpot.  It depends on the ship and its capabilities.  As of a few months ago, on the Paradise you had to go to the cashier and was given cash - nice for those that don't want to put it all in machines.  On the newer ships you don't have to do anything - it is already loaded on your S&S as Free Play.

Couldn't find an answer anywhere so my apologies for asking a somewhat un-related question.

Has anyone received the drinks while playing deal mid week? As in enough points and/or money played. TIA

If you are asking if people can earn the DOU while onboard?  Yes, at 1500 slot points for 7+ days and 1000 slots points for less than 6 days cruise.  Some folks earn it first night, some mid cruise, some last day.  Table players are always at the discretion of the pit boss.

Perfect! Thank you very much!

My offers for drinks everywhere are for me an a companion on Elite cruises, but drinks everywhere on Jackpot deals and Plan now, Pay Later are drinks everywhere only for the person receiving the offer.

However, my PVP uses the same offers my wife has so we both get drinks everywhere and some trunk money. We took one cruise not being aware of that, and had to be passing one card to "pay" for drinks.

I wish they would not make so many different offers, and especially ones that hold out a perk to one pax, but none for the other.

I had DOU everywhere through casino on a few cruises and never had a problem.  Got my first drink at Atrium or casino bar as soon as I boarded.

I've never e-mailed for confirmation.

I was wondering how this worked.  I have the DOU everwhere for an upcoming cruise.  So I don't have to go anywhere to have it activated or added to my S&S?

No. It's all set up from the get go.

Sidecar from The Golden Jubilee Bar on the Celebration, compliments of Drinks Everywhere on the ship.
