Anyone dispute their charge with CC Company?

I cancelled and rebooked a cruise with the Princess casino department last week new offer was considerably better so I was ok with not getting back the $200 non refundable.
When I got the confirmation email Instead of the VIP cruise it showed up as a come back offer with the one I actually booked still showing as available.  It was escalated to a “Supervisor” who was supposed to contact me and calls to the person who originally  booked it are now not answered or returned.

I have never disputed a charge and would prefer not to but if they are not rectifying their mistake I don’t have a lot of options.

Has anyone had to do this or did your issue eventually get fixed?

YES many mistakes being made these days on Princess Casino offers.

Very frustrating.

I sent 3 emails to 3 different addys, ignored. Over the course of a few weeks, I also had several calls to different people, and nothing ever done.  🤨

Got off Royal last Sunday, and had brought my travel trip Folders with me to talk

with Future cruise person, In Person?

That didn't work either!  Long story short, I talked with Cust. Serv onboard & suggested

the Future cruise dept get further Training.  As he was giving Wrong info.

( Like suggesting talk with casino Mgr onboard.  They do Not have anything to do with casino bookings!)

Today I finally got help from Calling AGAIN.  I called the phone # on the Come Back & Play offer from the ship.

THIS time she seemed Experienced and was a big help!

It totally depends on Who you talk to, to get Anything done right!

I told her, I would much rather Wait in the call que to talk with someone experienced,

than get the phone picked up right away by one of their newbies who Don't know what their doing!  And when they "escalate" your problem?

It Doesn't get fixed!!!  Ignored!!!

Woman I spoke with today was experienced, (I could tell right away)

and was able to fix a few things for me.

Basically the messed up Offer codes, that started a domino affect with 3 of my bookings!

What a Mess!

All because of an agent who was more interested in Booking me quickly,

than doing it correctly..... then I end up spending waaaaaay too much time trying to Correcthis mistakes!

I suggest Try again.

Call that # on the offer, and Ask for an experienced Casino rep.

I flat out Ask Who is best to talk to?   And IF you get a Good one?

Ask their Name and Extension, in the hopes you can talk to him/her again!

Good Luck

I have tried calling and speaking to someone else and I'm told only the "Navigator" who booked the cruise can help me and he is not picking up or returning my calls.

They need to fix their mistakes when they happen this is ridiculous, frustrating and time consuming.

They are Wrong.  You don't need to talk to the navigator who booked it.

Thats what the Newbies tell you when they want to get rid of you, and get somebody else to fix it,  instead of correcting your problem!

If you are using a casino offer from the ship?

This is the number printed on it for New casino booking, or to make Changes.

I got quicker service by hitting Changes, instead of new booking.
