Terminal change for upcoming cruise.

Hello fellow cruisers!

Received an email today indicating our upcoming cruise will be out of Terminal B versus E as on our documents.  Never embarked out of B as I thought was the NCL terminal.

I am assuming they will have the YC tent setup there as normally done at E?

Just checking…no worries as we are cruising after all right?

Life is good!

This is Terminal C. YC tents are right in front of steps into terminal. But the THIN blue flag is hardy noticeable to the right of the white tents. Here is a short video I filmed from our starboard cabin deck 16 on how to get to the white YC tents. If one can get past the orange cones and the traffic guard who directs EVERYONE to general drop off.  One MUST follow the bus in the taxi/bus lane to get to the white YC tents.

I just noticed OP was on Divina October 24th, and the port schedule did reflect she would/did dock at terminal B.

So @mafig, I would expect to embark Seashore October 29th at terminal E where it is currently scheduled.  As to which parking deck to use due to your possibly disembarking on November 6th at terminal C, I would defer to morpheus.

I've read that MSC/port will shuttle people back to the garage near their embarkation terminal when this happens.

This a prior post I made from My Observations from the Poop Deck Seashore October 2022 posted October 15 (edited)

Well this was nice. We are home and the Terminal this morning was Terminal E (not F). We left Port of Miami from Terminal C. Still it was a 'hike' to get to Parking Garage C. First there was NO facial recognition at this terminal, though there were 'quite' a few customs officers in booths checking passports. The porter tried to steer us toward using a shuttle to the Garage C, but I was not about to lift DW luggage when we would be 'dumped' in front of the garage and the car was parked on level 3. The porter acquiesced and we began the hike. The parking in front of the garage C was taken up by unattended SUVs, so without a word the porter escorted us and our luggage up the elevator to level 3 and right to our car and he loaded everything into the car. (DW said to me give him $100 tip). It was my turn to acquiesce.

This is the importance of the THIN blue flag. Look closely and it says Yacht Club. IT is the NEW designating drop off indicator of which white tents are Yacht Club. YES. There are now more white tents that are NOT Yacht Club. (This photo is from in front of Terminal E across the street is open air Parking Lot E.)

Divina is scheduled October 28th at terminal C.  Seashore was scheduled October 29th for terminal E, but it sounds like that has changed.

One will not know which terminal to go to until the day of embarkation. Our documents stated Terminal F. Called MSC night before and was told Terminal G. Pulled up to F, no ship...rolled down window to ask traffic attendant, said today Terminal C.. One embarkation day told 3 different terminals.  If traffic attendant does not let you into Terminal C Yacht Club tents, do what I did....I circled back around and went down to Terminal B (NCL) and came up past Terminal B then Parking Garage B and turned right into Terminal C and parked right next to the THIN blue flagged white YC tents and unloaded.

This is interesting. Since the switching of terminals during the course of one 7 day cruise. I thought it would behoove me to see if it was going to happen to us again, so I went to Guest Services and asked if we would be returning to the same terminal we left from. The purser answered that they do not know until the ship receives an email the night before they dock at the Port of Miami.

Thanks for this. We got our text/email Wed that Divina would be at C this Friday, 28th..

Hopefully, I can convince our Uber driver to follow bus/taxi lane to get us to the YC  tent.

Otherwise, we'll walk ourselves over to where we need to be .

Adventure time.. lol..

Sorry to everyone that posted and my obvious awol status…did not see these until our return.

We did port out of Terminal B and I thought it was a total wreck of a setup.  Mind you we are not terribly picky but the crowds were so crazy there was no way to tell where the YC tent was until we were dropped off and they pulled some poor guy off his lunch break to take our luggage then he pointed in the general direction of where we finally saw the staging tent behind the masses.  Had to fight against the swarm to get there but even there it was a bit of a mess.

But, we eventually got on the ship and to our suite and went for a relaxing late lunch in the restaurant.  Despite all that we still would not sail without staying in the YC.  Was the break and good time we needed!
