Contacting Princess

Does anyone have a way to contact anyone at Princess??

I have sent SEVERAL emails to my Princess Rep (Brian Morgan) with NO REPLY.

I have say on hold on the 6237 number only to be cut off - after repeatedly allowing "the system" to call me back.

 

I'd love to get some sort of direct line or email to someone in management

Call at exactly 0600 Pacific time.  There is often a very good chance of getting someone quickly on the phone at the opening bell.

I have had very good luck just sending messages through Twitter. Very responsive and helpful.

I agree that the Live Chat function might be of help. On the main Princess page look for a bar on the bottom of the page:

I had a question about shareholder OBC disappearing from a booking and the chat person told me they didn't have access to that sort of information, and I needed to talk to someone at the 800 number. So the more complex the question, the less valuable chat may be.  YMMV.

@CintiCruzer It might help if you could share with us what type of info you are trying to get, or briefly what the issue is.

I have the same PVP and (most of the time) he has been fairly responsive to my requests. I can tell you that he (and perhaps many/most) of the PVPs work remotely and not out of Princess HQ. Calling the Princess main number may (or may not) work at 0600 PT, but I don't think Brian's day starts until 7 or 8 AM

I have had luck with asking for a call back when prompted when calling Princess.  I have gotten a return call within about 15 minutes two times in the last few months.  Better than being on hold.
