Can I link 2 reservations/rooms on the HAL website?

I have booked 2 Veranda rooms on a HAL sailing out of Amsterdam next August.  I did the booking (thru Costco Travel).  Mrs Fan and I are in one room, my sister and SIL are in the other.  I can's seem to figure out how to link the rooms.  I did this with a RCL sailing to Alaska with my grown kids and spouses (4 rooms total). On RCL I was able to add booking numbers and now all 4 rooms are in my reservation.

I see this in the upper right corner of the webpage of my specific booking.  When I click on the "Do you have another booking" it just loops around to my booking and no way to enter the booking number of the other one (again, I booked both rooms and paid for the bookings).

Sorry if this has been asked and answered before, I could not find it via searching on the boards.

I think you're going to need to go to your original booking agent to have the reservations linked.  That person will need to go into POLAR (or their GDS / booking engine) to create a TWID (travel with ID).   The 'have another booking' functionality is in HAL's instance a subsequent booking (for the same or different itinerary) tied to the same mariner number.       Scott.

FYI, per Cruise Critic rules, we don't name or discuss travel agents.

I agree, your travel agent needs to link the bookings. Not sure you will ever be able to look into a booking at the HAL website that your name is not listed as an occupant in the room. You will not, foe example,  be able to book excursions for people in the other cabin, if your name is not listed as occupying that cabin.

Well, there is a way -- if you are the planner for additional rooms -- you can sign in with their Mariner number and password! I have also lined up excursions through my PCC (or possibly with the excursion desk? she may have put me through to them).
