When are shore excursion details on their website available to review for Constellation Nov 6, 2023 transatlantic sailing from Rome.

There is no set date.  I would think after the first of the year they will start appearing.  Some tour operators set pricing for a year at a time so the 2023 pricing and agreements with the cruise lines should be done shortly.

 

I have some private tours where the tour operator is waiting for the 2023 prices for some of the museums and other attractions to be released  before they can give me a firm price.
