Has anyone ever been able to use the Live Chat on Princess

and if so at what time   I used the world clock to find the opening times in USA  but still keep being told there is no one available on live chat.

Yes I have unfortunately I don't think they work on the weekends, only during the week, but very helpful.

It’s our time but if you try and call you’ll get the recorded message about the opening hours, not sure how you can call the US

 

will it keep until Monday morning what you want to know ?

Sydney time.

I have found that during the morning you get a shorter queue. They have been mostly helpful, but more difficult questions tend to be - well - leave you hanging until the chat times out.

Ok but Princess doesn’t open till 9am Monday so you’ll have to do it then

Yes, have used it a few times.  Sometimes have to wait and once you get someone online it is very efficient and you can screenshot for a written record of what has been said.

I used live chat a couple of months ago and we live in Melbourne.  I would see the "not online" until around 9am our time.  They were very helpful both times we used it.

The live chat is manned by Australian Princess staff.

Yes during Australian business hours, its fantastic and wait time is generally very quick.
