Receiving Medallions before cruise

Does everyone receive their medallions before their cruise? How many people have to have them reissued because of slow mail and not getting them in time. Thanks

You can order your medallion pre cruise in the app you will get a shipping notice about two weeks before the cruise it usually arrives at you home 10 days before the cruise.  If you don't order it or it does not show up before your cruise you can pick it up at the port.  If you live outside of the USA then you will have to pick up at the port.

I have not seen anyone on here stating that they did not receive their medallions in time, but many worrying that they wouldn't. Sometimes ours have come before we got the email that they had shipped.

If you don't order/get the medallion before the cruise...it takes about 2 minutes to pick it up when you check in.

Our cruise is in 20 days and we just got the email this morning that it will be shipping.

We are 10 days out before cruise and no Medallions or email!

We ordered ours 8/31, I received an email saying they had shipped on 10/28

I ordered on August 1st for our November 19th sailing on the Enchanted. So far, medallions have not been shipped and we are flying to FLL a few days pre-cruise. This is not the first time we have encountered this  issue. As before, we simply pick them up at the pier when we arrive at PE.

nope. 

 

I am on the same cruise as WatchHill, also ordered them in August, and our medallions haven't shipped yet either.
