So I just should dug a little bit deeper.  Apparently, alkaline water is available from NCL.  Does anyone know if this is the water they provide as part of the drink package or is this special just when preordered?

Sailing after January 1, 2023?  It says right on the drink package info page that the six 1L bottles of FLOW water are delivered to your room on embarkation day.

Yes, they should be the same.  In the "original" listing it seems this is the only water offered by FLOW.

FLOW is the brand that NCL is using now. That is not to say that the supply chain can provide this at every embarkation port for every cruise.

NCL sells Alkaline Water starting at $ 23.94.  Its called the Flow Water Packages 6-liters.
