Looking for our first time on Windstar,

Is a “Guaranteed Cabin chosen by Windstar” a good option to take the risk? It would be onboard the Wind Surf in March-2023

second, Is it really worth to take DECK 2 with A & AX instead of  DECK 1 wih B & BX

Any suggestion for a quiet stateroom location will be welcome!

We like Deck one, smoother sail,if you are prone to any kind of seasickness you want to be on deck one middle. However, we like being forward on either deck because when we go into port to dock you can still use the elevator. We do not get sea sick so we like being forward. Happy Sailing

I have a similar question on Guaranteed Cabin (Suite) Chosen By Windstar - for Star Breeze.  I'm looking at a crossing (and it's currently on the Reduced Single Supplement list, so I'm not expecting it to be super crowded).  Is it worth it to play Room Roulette, or should I pony up the cash to get something specific guaranteed?
