Internet by day or by hour

Does Jewel of the Sea offer internet by the hour, or by the day?  3 days in I have to verify something by internet, and just need access for 20-30 min.

Technically a block of 24 hours, not calendar day.

You may be able to get service in the ports.  Check your cellular provider.  In addition many businesses offer free wifi to their customers.

You can get about 15 min free simply by clicking on the App/Play store link on the login page.

Go to the web page where you would normally set up your VOOM login (page should come up when you connect to the ship Wi-Fi). Just below the login link, there’s a link to download/update the RCI app - just click on that and magically you get 15 minutes of Stream.

if only need for 30 minutes or less you are best to try to find free wifi at a port stop (ask the crew there usually know where to get it).     Or make a friend onboard and ask to use their wifi for a little bit.   Earlier this year a couple asked if they could use our wifi while we were at schooners as they wanted to check in to their flights online.
