Looking for help

Hi, I am hoping someone has contact info for someone in corporate customer service.  I have always used Kimberly Baldwin in the past and apparently she is not with the company any longer.  Regular "navigators" do not seem to be much help.  Thank you in advance!!

Is this on a current booking?

If so, did you make the booking recently?

 

Based on the total lack of Customer Service with Princess right now...

I might suggest that you do a quick search for this persons name (which should not actually be mentioned here on CC, so if possible you might want to click the three little dots on the upper right which will show you if editing your post is possible)

 

In a search, type in that name followed by travel agent, and see if you might find the TA that you have liked working with.

Nothing beats a good TA, whether they happen to be with Princess or not.

Thank you for the advice!  The person I mentioned was with Princess Corporate and her name is mentioned quite often on the boards here, so I didn't think it was an issue to mention her.  Yes, it is a current booking, done through the Casino dept of Princess direct.  And yes, I agree the lack of their knowledge is ridiculous lately, which is why I was hoping someone on here knew of another Corporate representative they have used as amazing as Kim was.

I do know that there are some threads with this kind of contact info.

Also, if you were to find Kim online, maybe she could give you a recommendation?

You might want to try the "Chat" feature on the Princess website. 

If it works for you, just leave a message and hope that they get back to you.

There are both good and bad reports of success there, but you have nothing to lose by trying.

Since you mentioned this is a Casino booking you will want to work with the Casino dept.  if you don’t get help from the rep who answers ask them to let you speak to a supervisor.

Thank you all very much!!! I was eventually able to speak to a "supervisor " in the Casino dept.  Victor, told me the issue should be corrected in 24-48hrs.  I will wait until Monday and then use the contacts suggested here.

I just did a search here as I have an issue with a casino booking too and was going to email the executives to see if that could get things moving.  Did Victor end up helping you?  And if so would you happen to have contact info?
