Wi-Fi on Escape

Before I purchase the unlimited Wi-Fi package on the escape I was curious on the quality of the Wi-Fi.  When streaming is it like watching paint dry?   We’re staying in the Haven is Wi-Fi connectivity better in the haven than other areas of the ship?  Thank you for any helpful  info provided.

The wifi is better in the Haven area but still sometimes hard to stream or move quickly through websites. We found it worth it for what we needed with our teenagers last time though.

The standard wifi is terrible. The only thing that works is iMessage and FaceTime. When web surfing virtually nothing loads. Some of the ships are upgrading their systems. I guess we’ll see if there’s any improvement.

We just got off the Escape yesterday and it is bad...very bad. There was constantly a line at the internet advice desk with people complaining about it. They promote free access to Cruise Critic but I was not able to connect even one time in 16 days. I feel sorry for the people who bought the upgraded package. At least my aggravation didn't cost extra.
