Black Friday Excursion Sale

I previously booked two excursions then saw the prices went down for the Black Friday sale.  I cancelled the excursions then tried to rebook for the lower rate but it kept showing the old price at the check out.  I logged out, cleared all the cookies and history and logged back on.  Same issue, it won't give me the sale price.  Any suggestions?

IT specialist at Royal are seriously challenged. Usually the issues extends about 12 months, other then at those time things run smoothly.
