The deck plans on HAL's website notes:  Suites B8101 & SA7085 and staterooms K11049, VB11038, VQ10033, VE8142, VD7049, K6185, VC6158, V5051, V5048, FB1172 & E1175 are ambulatory accessible, shower only with small step, step into bathroom, standard interior and exterior door size.

So it is apparentlly accessible.

The 5-pointed star indicates Ambulatory Accessible. Ambulatory Accessible means you can walk into the bathroom over the regular step there, and a small step into the shower, but you will have additional grab-bars and either a fixed 'bench' or the steward can bring you a shower stool.

There are definitions of 3 accessibility levels on HAl site.

Ambulatory means you are able to walk so small thresholds should not be a problem for you, but there are some extr grab bars and such

Fully accessible means you are in wheel chair but able to transfer to another place and that there is adequate space and ramps, etc to get around you room and veranda.  Bench in shower, roll in shower, etc.

There is a level in between and it means there is a right or left side transfer, not both.

It is pretty well documented on the site.   The difficulty is getting the room that matches your needs.
