Recommendations for a new CVP

I am in the market for a new CVP after being disappointed with my current one for the last time.  My current CVP is lacking in the reply correspondence area(both email and phone), as well as basic customer service.   If you are happy with your CVP and wouldn't mind sharing their information, I would really apprecitate your input.  This cruiser is ready for a change. 🙂

You need to call into Princess CVP line and ask for someone new.  It will be random.  If you run into interference, contact customer relations and ask them.

Our Princess Planner was also awful and we could not get in contact her for weeks and months.  Gave up.  Costed us some money with the lack of customer service to change our booking.  So, you are not alone.   I would love to know of any good planners out there!
