My current CVP is lacking in the reply correspondence area(both email and phone), as well as basic customer service. If you are happy with your CVP and wouldn't mind sharing their information, I would really apprecitate your input. Costed us some money with the lack of customer service to change our booking. So, you are not alone. I would love to know of any good planners out there!
