Yes.

That (the easily part) probably varies.

You should make dinner reservations as soon as possible once onboard. JR's can have dinner there but if it's booked, you may be limited in number of evenings you get a reservation.

First time in a JS for me next week -- on SY not OY.  Can I make the CK reservation at any specialty restaurant when I do the rest, or do we have to go to CK to do it?

 I believe you have to make reservations with the suite concierge for CK.

You make them at the Coastal Kitchen host desk.

Yeah a JS won't have access to suite concierge, but you'd normally make CK res thru them before the cruise. JS pax can just go to CK on boarding day and beg for reservations 🙂
