Anyone get this error regarding Flightease flights?

I've been getting this for several days now.  The only thing I noticed is that one flight time changed by 20 minutes, but according to airline, I'm still booked.

ERROR

• The flight itinerary you are trying to retrieve is not available because of a schedule change. Your flights will be updated shortly or you may search for new flights.

Yes. Whenever ANYTHING changes at the airline, Flight Ease is locked out for an indeterminate period....

So after another airline schedule change due to a cancelled flight to SRQ, I was booked on a much later flight. I contacted American through chat and they moved me to an earlier flight with a 1:01 connection that isn't even listed in the available flights from MAD to SRQ. I'm still getting this error and it's been over a week since the change was made. I have now made final payment and HAL nor the TA have my current itinerary. At what point are the flights ticketed and should I be worried that the information hasn't flowed to HAL yet?

Yes, it just takes several days for HAL to update the new info.
