A few years back we took a day pass at TiKaye resort which included pick-up by speedboat at the pier it does not seem to exist any more ???

Still exists . Book with Ti Kaye directly. 

If they're no longer offering boat transfers themselves, you can book with Shashamane Water Taxi, Israel King Water Taxi, Serenity Vacations, etc.

How long does it take to get there by boat? Were you able to book this?
