surfjock27 Posted January 4, 2023 #1 Share Posted January 4, 2023 Hi there, I have a quick question that I am hoping someone knows the answer to. I just debarked (Monday) from IOTS and on the cruise became Prime. That night, I received an email for a Casino Royale offer, as shown below. It has no expiration date and a trade in value of $300. The list of itineraries is extensive, from now until December 2023.. from interiors to balconies and ports all over the world. My question is, am I able to book several from the list, or just one? Also, why no expiration date? I have always seen them with expiration dates. Thanks in advance.
wolfganghowell Posted January 4, 2023 #2 Share Posted January 4, 2023 Just one. Not sure about the expiration issue. When we got off our Halloween cruise, the instant rewards offer expired 30 days from the last day of the cruise. Yours is probably the same so you should check directly with Casino Royale. They tend to make this pretty confusing.

However, if you have a bunch of free sails that you can redeem towards, it may have a different expiration date. If none on certificate, give it a week so that your account is updated and then go to the "casinoroyaleoffers.com" for additional details and the ability to redeem online. Daghis Posted January 4, 2023 #4 Share Posted January 4, 2023 From what I can tell, the "instant rewards" are the certificates you get from the play during your last cruise. The ClubRoyaleOffers.com site was originally intended for offers issued by landside operations, so I'm not terribly surprised there's a mismatch in the way they're presented. My past experience is that the certificates earned onboard had to be booked within 30 days, but it's been quite a while since I last used one. I only mentioned the possibility that the Op offer may be different as he/she mentions of no expiration date. Agree, all of my on board offers from Casino have a 30-day expiry date. Or maybe he/she is not focusing on the fine print at the bottom of offer.

The offer was emailed to me and provided a link to the Casino Royale Offers website (which is where the screenshot is from). There is no fine print, so it's indeed a little confusing. I will give Casino Royale a call and let you all know what they say. Thanks again.
long4acruise Posted January 4, 2023 #7 Share Posted January 4, 2023 And if by chance there's a Booking Bonus (FreePlay $$$ offer), that has to be booked within 7 days of the end of the cruise where offered.
resetjet Posted January 4, 2023 #8 Share Posted January 4, 2023 The offers they give you usually have an expiration. The ones you earn have to be booked by 3/31 i believe. You should get your prime cruise offer beg of april and you have that whole year to use it. But we get offers monthly so really it does not matter. Mikew0805 Posted January 4, 2023 #9 Share Posted January 4, 2023 (edited) Hi, If that is a 2212A07 certificate, in order to get the free cruise (Bonus) you would have had to book on board with Next Cruise or pay the $200 "book later" option and completed the booking within 7 days of disembarkation. All I can see on your offer is the 2212A portion the rest is blocked out, but with it being a $300 trade in value, it seems like it would be the 2212A07. Also, all certificates are valid for 30 days for the award amount, but as I said the bonus portion of it only has 7 days, and that must be initiated through Next Cruise while on board. If it is the 2212A05 or 2212A06 then the only thing lost for not booking with Next Cruise is the free play. You can also check online at RCCL Club Royale Offers. Edited January 5, 2023 by RJ257
