Pre-purchase or buy on board?

First time HAL cruiser, going mid-March, 11 nights on Rotterdam. We're wondering which of the following are cheaper/better to purchase before the cruise vs. onboard:

Thermal suite pass

Internet package 

Specialty restaurant reservations

No discount on any of those items purchased in advance, EXCEPT the Premium WiFi package.

I'm moreso wondering if there are discounts/benefits to purchasing on board, especially for the thermal suite and specialty restaurants.

As Bruce said, there's no discount on pre-purchasing specialty restaurants. However, if purchased in advance you have a better selection of day/time than you do if you wait until on board.

The premium (only) wifi package is 20% off pre-purchase, which makes it slightly more than Surf on board. It is the SAME internet, but with fewer things blocked and a higher data cap.

There are no discounts booking on board.

Buy the thermal suite pass before you board. If they do end up offering a discount they will refund you the difference.
