ETIAS Visa Waiver

Anyone have experience with the on-line application for this visa waiver?  We are sailing in Italy and Croatia in May, and looks like travel in Croatia requires this process starting in 2023.  Instructions make the process look simple enough, but would love to hear from someone who has actually completed it.

It appears to not yet be live and without a firm date (that I can find) This page offers you the chance to be notified when it is.  In any case, following past practice your airline should notify you when it is.

So it says on that link that ETIAS will start in May 2023 but with a 180 day grace period. So there’s no need to bother for any trips before November 2023.

It's been "scheduled" to come on line several times, we'll see if "end of May" with the grace period holds.
