Transatlantic dining questions

We are doing our first transatlantic in October.  Barcelona to Port Canaveral.  The most recent menus I can find are pre-covid so not too sure how relevant they are.  Two questions for recent cruisers:

 

Do they have different menus every night or do they recycle 7 days?

Do they have sea day brunch every sea day or just occasionally?

They do not recycle seven day menus.  Some items may reappear, maybe with different sides, but the whole menu won’t repeat.  EM

On our 23 day with many consecutive sea days the sea day brunch was every other day.  And as already mentioned different meal in MDR every night.
