I wonder if casino can comp Loft 19 for a day or two?

Hmmm

You would think so --- I'm surprised they don't have a couple of tables up there 🙂

I seem to recall on one ship (it might have been NCL?) a decade or two ago, they had some on the pool deck - but I never saw them open - they said it was too windy. I'd love to see a breeze flip over the dealers hole card !!

I do not like to add to rumor mills on this site, but thought I would report something that ahppened that is kind of unique and has never happened to us before.  Not long after we left Costa Maya, the Captain came on with an important announcement.  They had a medical emergency where they needed someone who was a blood donor, had a donor card and had a certain blood type.  They were asking for everyone matching their needs to come to the Piano Bar.  We ahd someone on our group that matched the bllod type and we hurried down there.  They were overwhelmed with people trying to help.  In our world of self entitlements and political isolation, I was extremely please t see the number of people who jumped to action.  Nice job Carnval Celebration cruisers.

Enjoying your review and pics.

Glad to read this, as screwed up things are there is still plenty of good.  I hope the patient recovers quickly.

Note to self: get to Celebration Central an hour before the circus show to get a seat. PRY SELF AWAY FROM ALCHEMY!!!

Jimbo, what would you say was the best area to watch that show from?

Best seat is Deck 7 Balcony, left side of stage, first row.  You are eye level with the aerial acts and can easily see the stage.  Unless you are up front near the stage on Deck 6, the aerial acts are not in view.  DW staked out these seats 3 hours in advance for the first performance on the inaugural TA.

The hope is that if you stay on the freeways and use the tunnel, should be ok.

As you arrive, if you want to wake up early, you likely will see some of the racing down the McArthur Causeway they then come back on the Venetian.
