We were originally booked in an inside. My vacation planner said my first responder was verified and we got upgraded to balcony L127 no more money, refund $132. Very excited about that. Anyone been in this cabin? I like being close to everything. I know I can bid for an upgrade, but I think what I have is good enough.

I am very familiar with the Royal Princess and happen to be on its March 2 sailing too. 
 

L127 is a standard balcony, quite a great upgrade from an interior.  The only cons is the far forward location which can experience more movement in heavy seas.   You are directly under the sanctuary, which is usually empty during the evenings and early mornings.  Congratulations.
