Transfers from LAX to cruise port

Yes. You have to call to book it, as it can't be reserved online. It was $35pp when I last booked it in October '22.

The meeting point is near the baggage carousels. Depending on which terminal you arrive at and how bad LAX traffic is, it can be a long wait for the bus to make its way to the pick-up location.

I think you can book a transfer if you are arriving the day of embarkation

We flew in 1 day early in December and took a Uber from LAX it our hotel in San Pedro. Friday at 3:20 cost with tip was $43.

We did use the ships transfer to return from the port to LAX, price was $37.50 pp.

FYI:  "LAXit" is the centralized location of ride-share and taxi pickup.  You also have the far more expensive option of cubside pickup using Uber black.  If LAXit, you'll probably need to take the shuttle unless you're in T1 and willing to walk with your luggage

We took the shuttle.  Got our luggage walked outside and there was a shuttle, easy peasy. Took less than 5 minutes to get to LAXIT.  Called for a Uber and they were there in less than 5 mins.  Having read about having to go to LAXIT  and then get a car it sounded difficult and time consuming.  We were pleasantly surprised as to how easy it was.  Actually easier than pre LAXIT when there were tons of cars and people trying to find their ride.
