They come around and offer drinks to all if you are gambling.   Their is no tier requirement.

No, I mean when you get the offer from blue chip for your cruise.  I have my cruise booked thru them but was not offered a free drinks package along with the cruise.  I've noticed that some have been given the cruise along with the drink package.  Just curious what tier level they were.  I'm currently onyx

It wasn't advertised on the perks sheet, but on my last cruise booked via Blue Chip, I was able to get 30% off the purchase of the classic beverage package, as a lowly Pearl.

Did you purchase before 2023?  A few have reported for 2023 that's now gone along with $10/$20 CC/AQ upgrades

Yes, this was fall 2022. I'm actually on hold with BCC right now to check on discounts for wifi and drink packages for an upcoming cruise. Will report back.

Looks like Sapphire gets the Classic package and Sapphire Plus gets the Premium.

Here is a link to the Blue Chip tiers and perks by level.

That's something entirely different. That's the benefit that comes with the BCC tier you've attained through gambling. That doesn't necessarily tie in with what comped cruise offers you get, which is what the OP is asking about. Obviously the higher level gambler you are the more offers you get with all included, but it's not a direct correlation. My husband, who is Sapphire, gets comped cruise offers with all included and some that's cruise only. The KEY DIFFERENCE is that the BCC tier benefit only applies to that particular person, while a comped cruise offer with all included will give benefits to the first two passengers in the cabin.

Free drinks while playing in the Casino is again a totally different benefit that applies to everyone when you're actively gambling in the casino.

After *three* attempts to call BCC with 1hour+ on hold times, I finally got through. Unfortunately the best discount I could get this time around was 10% off stacked on top of the 'book in advance' discounts.

For what it's worth, we booked this trip just this month and did get the $10pp/day Concierge 'upgrade'.

Could someone tell me what tier you have to be to receive drink package etc with blue chip?

I am Onyx (but very close to next level) with only one cruise so far and was offered free Concierge with Classic drinks pack and Basic Wifi.

Another offer I got is free Aqua but no drinks or wifi. I do have the privileges to dine at Blu and use Spa.
