Evening in San Juan

We will be in San Juan from 3:30 - 11pm on the Celebrity Apex in February.  Any suggestions on what to do during this time period?  We aren't interested in excursions.  I'm also assuming we will only have a couple of hours of daylight.  Can we squeeze in one of the forts?  What's a good place to go for snacks and a couple of drinks?  Is there anything that goes on the evening that's worth seeing?

I believe the forts close at 5PM.  Depending on the day of the week you are in port, Tiana's has flamenco dancing.  There are nightclubs around too, like La Factoria or El Batey or the Cannon Club..

Excellent suggestions by @crewsweeper, but consider pre-entertainment snacks and drinks at The Mezzanine, where happy hour/s start at 16.00 hours.  They also had a good Rum Cabinet.
