New BCC Offer

Just  got a new BCC email for a free balcony. However it's only for Mexican Riviera sailings on the Solstice.

You can only make the booking online and besides the taxes/fees the charge is $7.00 pp a day. Certainly different from other BCC offers in the past.

Think I'll wait and hopefully get offers to the Caribbean on a variety of ships and sailings.

My (and others') latest offerings for select Caribbean sailings were for the 10% discount and a free classic bev. pkg., wifi. gratuities.  The $7 pp/day for your cruise offers is a new "feature". Seems that the offers evolve over time for whatever reasons.

Got the same offer.  I did a trial booking and was charged $ 1 pp for the entire 7-day sailing (plus port fees and taxes).

FINALLY Celebrity has enabled the booking of comp sailings directly online as opposed to having to contact the BCC over the phone or filling out a form and waiting for a call.

Hope this is a sign of things to come from BCC.  Definitely one change that I like.

I'm like a Pavlov dog waiting for another BCC offer. We took advantage of 4, so maybe we reached our quota. We are on the West Coast so took advantage of the sailings out of San Pedro. I just upgraded to Concierge for $99 pp That will boost us to Elite for the other two. Can't complain if we never get another!

Just looking into this now for 4 of us (would like to take our 2 sons). Had the deal booked to South America back in October but had to cancel due to a health issue.  Will make up our minds tomorrow as I got into the wine tonight. Did notice some IT issues in my initial search, price went all over the place, perhaps the wine

I got a Blue Chip email once and didn't even open it. After reading about all the great deals from the BCC I regret trashing it since I've never received another offer!

Not a high roller but always visit the casino several times when we cruise and almost always enter my seapass card.

Is there a way to be reinstated to receive their emails?

we received the same Mexican offer.  We live in Florida (literally 30 minutes from FLL) so it isn't that attractive for us once you add in airfare, tips and drinks

we also received the 10% discount

we really aren't gamblers ($100) but we have been booking suites so that may be a factor

BCC is open weekends you should call and ask if you book and pay the fees and taxes now, can you receive a full refund if you later need to cancel.  That's how it used to be but there have been some 2023 changes so that's why I'm recommending you ask.  In short, book now, cancel for a full refund if you decide to cancel, later

I got the offer email as well but I must call to book or submit a request form to book. Nothing changed for me. Where did you see the book online link in the email?

Guessing yours is different, I just click the BOOK NOW button, you do have to enter your CC #

Also FYI, if you're flexible on your dates, you'll probably want to avoid the sailings of Apr 1st and Apr 29th.  Both of these are not at the usual ship berth of 93 and unless they've made improvements, past reports have stated its quite a cluster due to massively long lines.  You check in at one location then are bused to the ship berth and same for disembarkation, you cannot self carry off your luggage, you are bused from the ship to the terminal

My email has different layout and I don't see any book now buttons at all. Thanks

Just curious why bcc is sending out different kinds of email? What's the benefits?

We've never received a BCC offer. Since it says you need to enter your CC number, I'm wondering if it's a generic link. Would you be willing to email it to me (email address is linked in my sig). I'd be curious if anything comes up under my CC number.

Reason is the ship  is not selling well . One cruise in March about 60 % booked ,so Blue Chip is active  .These free cabin deals are very rare when sales are brisk

Hello

A bit of the topic but the “trained” gamblers can help us out….
We have been on many cruises but haven’t been gambling. (We accidentally was on a Poker cruise on MSC😂😂 So it was only 200 guests not attending the big tournament onboard😅

So we are wondering how to proceed?
-We have understood that we have some free play for slots on our sea pass card. (We are elite) Is it just to insert/tap the card and play it?

-do we need to bring cash to upload on our cards for playing slot’s in the casino cashier desk?

-will we be automatically enrolled in BCC?

We are happy to try out a new thing on our next adventure on the ocean😊

We will not be big gamblers but it’s fun to try new things.

I agree. We were on one in late October and it was maybe 50% at best. And a good proportion was a gay group. Not sure how many others were comped. We enjoyed Dia de los Muertos in Puerto Vallarta.

Often when they offer a discount like 50-60% off there are select sailings you get full comps on…Usually that is Mex Riv, Millie out of Puerto Rico or an upcoming TA

Can’t as it’s an unique URL

When you use a slot machine, insert/tap your seapass card and that automatically enrols you in the BCC.     You can insert cash to play the slots or transfer money from your onboard acvount.   The procedures are on a poster at cashier desk.   Transferring money from your account to play slots, there is no service fee bit if you  use your onboard account to get funds at table games there is a service fee.

If it is a quiet time at cashiers desk , they are happy to go to the slot machine and walk you through all the procedures. They did for me on my first time.

I got the email today, but it definitely isn't coming up free for me, not sure why.  It says my casino savings have been applied, but it still wants to charge me for the cruise.  Definitely not complimentary, unfortunately!  Oh, well, we have our free 9 night coming up in a few weeks - I'll enjoy that one!  Not sure why it said complimentary, and sounds like others have gotten it to work for them.

Be patient, we just received the emailed offer 30 mins ago.

Mine has a $1/day for $7 total charge for booking online and online is the only way to book these cruises. This must be a charge from the booking company Celebrity is using.

This is too funny!  My brother in law and his husband (from Raleigh) were on board this ship!  They came out a few days early and stayed with us.
