Central Park Balcony - starboard or port side? Which is better?

Anyone have recommendations on which central park balcony cabins are better or those to avoid?  I was going to choose one on the starboard side so I can see if there are line ups at Park Cafe...and on deck 12 so I can avoid the noise from the pool area above.

We prefer staterooms that overlook the Park Cafe and on a deck LOWER than 10th.  We happened to be on deck 10, above the Cafe, one time and the noise from the pool, or anything that was going on, was really bad.  Needless to say, we didn't sit out much at all.

Yes, as we find most of the late afternoon noise is  from the pool band.   If booking Central Park we prefer deck 10 and will try not to book  deck 14.

Port/starboard makes no difference in our booking.

Unfortunately there are no cabins on deck 10 for 4 ppl...so I had to pick deck 12 (or 14)

I believe that it's quieter at night probably due to other things going on, on the ship,   Some nights worse than others, some almost unnoticeable.
