I have been reading this thread with great interest and this is my take.

 

I say forget the wig and wear your bald head as a fabulous accesory! I would wear great eye makeup and dazzling earings by night and sunscreen and hermes type scarves by day with big Jackie O' sunglasses.

 

As for balancing out the twins, try these gel bra inserts:

 

One last thing, I think that MH was trying to convey that there are certain dinner subjects society considers taboo and she wouldn't ask about your baldness. I don't think she meant to come across as thoughtless.
