Tender tickets in a junior suite

It's been so long since we've been to a tendering port. We're in a junior suite and I vaguely remember seeing priority tender as a perk, is that true? If so, how do you take advantage of it? I tried looking through the app since we're in Cabo tomorrow but just talks abkjt guests going to line up to get a tender ticket.

We're always in a JS and have never gotten priority tender tickets because of the cabin.  We did however get them due to D+ status and the Concierge in the CL handed them out in the lounge.  That was for Coco Cay.  Otherwise, we had to get in line  just like everyone else to get the tickets.
