Is $27.99/day the New Normal for Refreshment Package?

Probably too soon to call out a new "normal" price, but it seems like the prices quoted for the refreshment package in last couple weeks have been in the $27.99-$31.99/day range. 
 

Is anyone seeing $23.99/day in their cruise planner anymore?

I’m seeing $27.99.  It’s been $27.99 for quite a while except during Black Friday and Christmas.

$18.99 for BF and $22.99 early January.

Instead of paying +/- $28 per day for Coke, Pepsi, etc. ... I paid nothing additional for a plethora of other, free, non-alcoholic / non-carbonated beverages during my cruise.

Wow.  Amazing.  But some want non-free / carbonated beverages.

It seems to be the normal price now unless you purchase on deals like the Black Friday sales.  We paid under $20 per day CANADIAN funds (gratuities included) on our summer 2021 cruise.  Now they are asking just under $40 Canadian per day plus 18%.
