Is there somewhere online that one can link their MGM rewards # and Celebrity Captains Club #?  Or do you have to do it at the MGM Rewards desk or call?  Thanks

I think you can call the number on the back of your mgm card and they’ll link your info, but you probably have to get your card upgraded at the rewards desk at whatever casino you go to. Has to be renewed yearly too. We are gold MGM due to our Celebrity elite status.

You have 3 choices - call MGM rewards, e mail MGM rewards or get it done at any casino reward desk.  Call can be 10 minutes to an hour depending how busy Celebrity is - MGM rep would call Celebrity to verify while put you on hold.  E mail can be hit or miss, i once waited 3 weeks and finally called.  At casino desk just show them your Celebrity profile with status and get your new card.

Yesterday we visited MGM Empire City Casino in Yonkers, NY! We gave the MGM Membership Desk our Celebrity #’s and MGM Card! We are Elite Plus and they upgraded us to Gold!

Great because in about a week going to Las Vegas! Since we are Gold do not pay Resort fees!

I emailed; included my name, address, CC number, MGM Rewards number and included a screenshot of my Celebrity profile to show my CC status and name...Email: memberservices@mgmresorts.com

How long did it take you for a response?  I emailed them 6 days ago and no response.  I didn't even ask them to update yet - I was just asking if I could.  Very frustrating.  I didn't try calling yet as when I tried last year they had no interest in helping me - they told me I had to do it when I arrived.  You don't happen to have a specific person who responded to you and updated your status whose email you could share?

I believe it took about 10 days yet I did it well over a year ago…This year MGM Rewards automatically gave me gold and I’m not sure why but am guessing because of X

I sent the email and it took just about two weeks. Since their system rolls on February 1st I assume that’s why it took a while.   In their response they actually told me if I don’t qualify by points I will need to contact them again next year to rematch.
