Back to Back cruise and duty free

Out of curiosity, has anyone done a back-to-back cruise and purchased alcohol on the first leg?  Did they deliver your alcohol on the last day of the first leg of the cruise?

I've no personal experience, but I have read about people getting their delivery at the end of the first leg. However, that may well be cruise line dependant, so you might be better off asking this question on your cruise line's board.

Agree that it may be cruise line dependant. On one of our b2bs (can't remember which one,  but it was Caribbean) they held DHs rum until the end of our 2nd leg. OTOH, on a different line, they didn't take our port stop  booze purchase at all.

We have done this but have either had friends or made friends on the first leg to purchase alcohol for us and retrieve it at the end of their cruise.  And then again, we carried a 2-4 of beer on expecting it to be confiscated and they waved us through.

On RCL, we bought some Gin in a port in Denmark , it was taken when we got on the ship, was fully expecting they would 

Received it back on the the last day of the cruise ,  but we’re were on a B2B , so we had for the next cruise 

We never did open it , we  want to bring it home anyway
