SempreMare Posted February 25, 2023 #1 Share Posted February 25, 2023 Is it possible to print from my iPad directly to a Deck 1 printer without logging on via one of the nearby desktops? i.e., Does anyone know if those printers support Airplay? Has anyone actually done this? On the Viking Mars, I saw the desktops, keyboards, and I believe a couple(?) printers in that area near Guest Services. In case this is ship dependent, I will be on the Viking Jupiter in May for Viking Homelands, Stockholm to Bergen.
Jim Avery Posted February 25, 2023 #2 Share Posted February 25, 2023 They do not support AirPrint. Unless the new ships change this.

I remember using the computer to log in to MY Delta and print my boarding pass pre-covid, There was a pesonf form Guest relations help folks with computer and printer when I was there. I suggest you go to guest relation and ask your specific question when you board. Oops, just saw Jim answer your specific question. Rare OneSixtyToOne Posted February 25, 2023 #4 Share Posted February 25, 2023 You won’t be able to print directly from your iPad. You can use the computer to log into you email provider and print from there. If it’s a document on your iPad, email it to yourself then log in from the ship’s computer.

Thanks for the answers everyone. Challenge is I can't email a company-confidential doc to my personal email.

I'm sure if you ask at guest services they would be happy to provide you with the ship's address and receive the document on their account and print it off for you.
