Changing Cruise Terminals - Ft. Lauderdale

I’ve never sailed out of Ft, Lauderdale, and I’m considering two cruises that conveniently back-to-back, one on Royal Caribbean and one on Princess. Since this involves changing to a different area in the port, is there a port bus or shuttle that goes from terminal to terminal? Or is a taxi/Uber the best option? Please share your experience and recommendations if you’ve ever done this. Thank you.

Hop in a cab, explain your situation to the driver and tip well and you shouldn't have a problem from getting from one terminal to another.

Agree. Discussed here regularly. Recently there has been talk of a minimum fare, like $10. Still tip nicely. There is a chance your cruise line might be able to put you on a crew shuttle that gets you around the port. You need to ask on board. Just takes a little reading around the board.
