Konigsdam Neptune Suite Selection

I'm looking at Konigsdam Neptune Suites for a January Mexican Riviera cruise.  First time cruiser. What is more preferable; Deck 7, midship port side, #7086, (directly across from the Neptune lounge), or starboard #7117, aft of the elevator banks? That's the last Neptune suite before the Signature suites.

Thanks

We are currently in 7085 starboard side & close to the Lounge....we have been granted access to 7117 due to some kind of a leak in 7085....can't speak to motion/noise, etc. In 7117 & the fact that it's farther from the lounge, the suites are identical.

Welcome to Holland America!  Personally, I would choose 7086 due to its proximity to the lounge.  (Love a great morning coffee.)  Also love the Koningsdam Neptunes.  (Except for the SQ’s.)  You have chosen a great ship!

We've been in 7124 on the Koningsdam (same location as 7117, but is port side) and in rooms very close to the Neptune Lounge port side on the Rotterdam and Nieuw Statendam.   All were wonderful rooms, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay in any of those again.  If you like to be closer to the aft adult pool (and smoking area), you might prefer 7117.   Once we stayed closer to the Lounge, we use it ALL THE TIME.   DH has the quench package and we can get sodas there and sign for them.  We take advantage of the fresh OJ from there in the morning, plus the wonderful coffee machine and premium teas.  And it was so convenient to drop in for a snack, or to ask a question.
