free Elite breakfast at Tuscan but the other person in cabin isn't Elite

I'm Elite Plus but it's her first cruise on Celebrity.

Can she also get in?

If she is your cabin mate then she can access the Tuscan Elite breakfast. TBH, we've been on 5 cruises in the last 12 months, 2 of them on the Summit. We've only been greeted by the Captain's Club host on 1 of these cruises. One of the servers always says hello and offers us a seat, but no-one has asked about our Captain's Club status.

They sometimes check on the first morning.  Even so, they will let her in with you.
